For instance, the Popcorn Bazooka and Gigaray compliment each other and provide maximum objective control while being highly effective when chasing Humans.

S-Tier Weapons

The S-Tier weapons are the two best cotton candy gun and secondary weapon combination to have for all scenarios of a match. They will give you power to hunt humans and to control objective points anywhere on the map. Pair these weapons with the S-Tier trick to further their effectiveness.

• Popcorn Bazooka: The Popcorn Bazooka is extremely overpowered due to its insane range and ability to track humans you shoot with it. There is no where a human can hide once you master this weapon. If many Klowns run around with them, you had better hide because you won't get away if they engage you.
• Gigaray: The Gigaray wins the number one spot for being the game's most influential and versatile cotton candy gun. It allows you to quickly put a human into a cocoon if they are down or caught out in the open with no obstacles to ruin your meter. This makes it super easy to have lackeys carry their cocoon to a lackey generator. In addition, you can cover objective points with it very quickly, which is something the Bouncecaster can't do at all.

A-Tier Weapons

The A-Tier weapons include the second-best secondary weapon and a cotton candy gun. While they won't give you the pure power that comes with the S-Tier, they will work very well when you are able to coordinate with other Klowns instead of playing with random people.

• Gobstopper Flail: The Gobstopper Flail is one of the few melee weapons that works well outside of pairing them with tricks. It works so well because of the ability to give it a bit of range in addition to swinging it at close quarters. If you time the ranged attack just right, you can hit Humans inside of buildings like the snack stands in the Amusem*nt Park map.
• Bouncecaster: The Bouncecaster only comes in second due to its inability to cover objective points with cotton candy. Otherwise, its range, fire rate, and damage it can cause are fantastic. You'll have fun finding new ways to use it to stop humans from escaping the map. For example, if a human is constantly jumping in and out of a window, you can place a few well-aimed shots inside and wait to blow them up until they jump back into it, which will instantly encase them into a cotton candy cocoon.

B-Tier Weapons

The weapons on the B-Tier list are meant to be used in specific instances that may be hard to plan due to the limitations of the matchmaking system (unable to customize your loadout in the lobby, for instance). However, used in the right situations, they can be deadly and turn the tides against a well organized Human team in this game inspired by a terrifying clown film.

• Boxing Gloves: Let's face it: you will be trolled by human players whose only goal is to attack, stun, and kill Klowns. The Boxing Gloves work exceptionally well to prevent that from happening, especially when pair with the skill that gives you the damage boost, stamina boost, and speed boost. However, you lose the benefit of other weapons for peace of mind and protection.
• Pentashot: The Pentashot is excellent because its buckshot-type ammo can hit multiple humans at once, which is helpful when numerous humans are attacking you or have downed various humans. These two scenarios aside, the cotton candy meter will drop too quickly for you to use it against fleeing humans.

C-Tier Weapons

The C-Tier weapons are fine to use with your scary clown character until you unlock weapons from other tiers. Likewise, if you have a fully pre-made Klown team where you could benefit from using these, then they are fine. Still, there are much better weapons for you to use, even if another Klown is using them too.

• Jawbreaker Mace: The Jawbreaker Mace is better than Klown Mallet in terms of melee weapons. However, it is extremely hard to use in a one-on-one chase due to the fleeing ability of humans. If you have another Klown to stop a human from evading you with other weapons or tricks, it is easier to use,​​​​​​ and will down a human very quickly.​
• Cotton Candy Raygun: The Cotton Candy Raygun is great to use because it takes a long time to get overloaded, as well as range and consistent damage. However, it can offer an inconsistent experience if a human is good at using environmental objects to their advantage, since the meter will drop quickly.

D-Tier Weapons

There is no reason to use these Tier-D weapons unless you are completing challenges or have a specific team comp in mind that could benefit from them. However, there are still better weapons to use that accomplish what they do much better in terms of controlling the map and downing Humans.

• Klown Mallet: The Klown Mallet is the worst melee weapon in the game due to its swing speed and low reach. There isn't any reason to use it after you unlock the other melee weapons unless you like the charged lunge in conjunction with another trick.
• Laser Beamer: The Laser Beamer is fun, but the high damage isn't enough to save it from the long time it takes to charge up the initial beam. There are only a few instances in the game where you'll have time to charge it and hit a human. With how humans can flee, you are better off using a cotton candy gun that doesn't take time to fire.

There are a total of four Tricks you can unlock in Killer Klowns From Outer Space. Each Trick will be ranked based on their effectiveness in controlling the match by preventing Humans from completing objectives while providing you with the ability to hunt them to turn them into cocoons or kill them outright by performing a Klowntality.

S-Tier Tricks

The Tricks found in the S-Tier list are the best in the game at all situations. If you are playing with random Klowns that won't coordinate with you or are farming experiencing in a private match you can't go wrong with their abilities. You'll be able to track down a Human regardless of where they are on the map, which can prevent them from escaping.

• Balloon Dog: The Balloon Dog earns the number one spot in Killer Klowns From Outer Space because it lets you find a human's location. Finally, the cooldown on the Balloon Dog trick is super low, so by the time you are downing, putting a human into a cocoon to hook on a Lackey generator, you should be able to use it to find another one.

• Hypnotic Lure: Humans are extremely slippery in Killer Klowns, and it can be hard to use melee weapons and ranged weapons that aren't the Popcorn Bazooka. Because of this, the fact that you can stop a human player in their tracks and attack them until it runs out is compelling.

B-Tier List Tricks

The B-Tier list tricks can be effective in the right situations, but are not all-purpose Tricks that you can use in any situation or team comp. Because of this, it is recommended that you try the Tricks in higher tiers.

• Pizza Box: The Pizza Box is fun, but not for its intended purpose. The best use we found is to deploy it when you are close to a human and immediately activate it to stun them. The stun lasts for a decent duration and will give you time to put Humans into a cocoon or do massive damage quickly.

C-Tier Tricks

The C-Tier list is better left alone unless you are trying to complete challenges or trolling with friends, as there are more effective tricks to use when playing serious matches.

• Invisible Car: The Invisible Car is a difficult trick to use due to the level design of the maps. There are so many environmental objects, such as buildings, cars, and trees, that you will become frustrated when trying to avoid them in the Invisible Car.
