Certification
Within your faction starting town (Davon’s Watch, Vulkhel Guard, and Daggerfall) and main crafting areas of Vivec City and Alinor , there will be a master consumables crafting master (Danel Telleno) in the Mages’ Guild that will offer you the quest to become certified in Alchemy.
